1. Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your organization account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights
• Upload malware, spam, or unlawful content
• Attempt to bypass security, ACL, or rate limits
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as expressly permitted

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for renewal periods.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you store.

5. Intellectual property

Kantiro and its software, branding, and documentation are our property or our licensors'. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or source code.

6. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KANTIRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction. Replace this section with your chosen governing law before production use.
